TERMS OF THE REPEATED PUBLIC AUCTION FOR THE REAL ESTATE LOCATED AT 1 ŠLAITO STREET, PIVAŠIŪNŲ VILLAGE, PIVAŠIŪNŲ MUNICIPALITY, ALYTAUS DISTRICT

Organizer of the auction – Public Institution Alytus District Municipality Primary Health Care Center.

Property for sale – Building – Health Care Center (unique No. 3398-3008-9011, purpose – medical, total area 143.98 m²), building – utility building (unique No. 3398-3008-9022, purpose – auxiliary economy, total area 67 m²), building – utility building (unique No. 3398-3008-9033, purpose – auxiliary economy, total area 39 m²), other engineering structures – Courtyard structures (unique No. 3398-3008-9044, purpose – other engineering structures – (courtyard installations)), land plot (unique No. 3345-0003-0061, cadastral No. 3345/0003:61, area – 0.3780 ha, purpose – other, land use method – residential area), located at 1 Šlaito Street, Pivašiūnų Village, Pivašiūnų Municipality, Alytaus District.

Special land use conditions: Protection zone of electricity networks (Chapter III, Section Four).

Starting sale price – 34,101 EUR, of which: starting price of buildings – 29,322 EUR, starting price of the land plot – 4,779 EUR.

Price increment interval – 100 EUR.

Guarantee deposit for auction participants – 3,410 EUR.

Registration fee for auction participants – 50 EUR.

Property inspection – October 10, 2023, from 10:00 to 16:00. The inspection time must be arranged in advance with the person responsible for the inspection at tel. +370 687 51961, email: giedre.ilgunaite@pspc.lt.

Auction registration start date – October 9, 2023, 00:00, end date – October 11, 2023, 23:59.

The auction registration fee and guarantee deposit must be paid before submitting documents for registration. The registration fee is non-refundable and will not be counted towards the sale price of the real estate.

The guarantee deposits for participants who are not recognized as auction winners, for those who did not participate in the auction, or for those who paid the guarantee deposit but did not register as auction participants, will be refunded within 5 working days after the auction ends.

Auction date and time: October 16, 2023, 9:00 AM, end date: October 17, 2023, 13:59 PM.

Auction execution method – The auction will be held using information technology tools on the website www.evarzytines.lt.

The auction winner will sign the auction protocol on the same day or no later than the next working day and send the hand-signed and scanned (in this case, the hand-signed auction protocol must be submitted to the auction organizer before signing the purchase-sale agreement of the auctioned property) or electronically signed copy of the protocol to aldona.jegeleviciene@pspc.lt.

Payment terms for the acquired property. The purchase-sale agreement for the real estate must be concluded with the auction winner within 30 days from the auction execution day. The payment for the purchased property must be made no later than 10 days after signing the purchase-sale agreement. The auction winner will cover the costs of concluding the purchase-sale agreement, including the notary fee.

Other auction conditions. If the purchase-sale agreement is not concluded within 30 days from the auction execution date due to the fault of the auction winner, it is considered that the winner has refused to conclude the agreement, and the guarantee deposit will not be refunded.

If a new auction for the same property is organized, a person who has not paid the price of the property acquired in the auction within the established time and manner cannot participate in the new auction. This person must also reimburse the costs of organizing the new auction and pay the price difference if the property is sold at a lower price than the one that was not paid by the person, as specified in Article 6.422, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
