Project Goal

To improve the quality of life for individuals by ensuring accessible, high-quality, and timely home-based ambulatory nursing services for the residents of Alytus District Municipality.

Project Activities

1. Equipping existing long-term care specialist teams with medical equipment. During the project implementation, the following mobile team equipment is planned for purchase: stethoscope (5 pcs.); blood pressure measuring device (5 pcs.); tonometer for measuring eye pressure (1 pc.); contactless thermometer (5 pcs.); glucose meter for capillary blood (2 pcs.); blood coagulation meter for capillary blood (2 pcs.); mobile electrocardiograph (at least 12 leads) (2 pcs.); pulse oximeter (5 pcs.); suction pump (1 pc.); otoscope (2 pcs.); general practice nurse bag (5 pcs.); infusion pump (1 pc.); portable computer (5 pcs.); mobile phone (5 pcs.).
2. Equipping existing long-term care specialist teams with transport. The project plans to purchase: an electric car (1 pc.), an electric vehicle charging station (1 pc.).
