Starting price – 37,890 EUR, of which: starting price of buildings – 32,580 EUR, starting price of the land plot – 5,310 EUR.

Price increment – 100 EUR.

Auction participant's deposit – 3,789 EUR.

Auction participant registration fee – 50 EUR.

The auction participant's deposit and registration fee must be paid before submitting documents for registration. The auction participant registration fee is non-refundable and not credited towards the real estate purchase price.

Auction participants not recognized as winners, those who did not participate in the auction, and those who paid the deposit but were not registered as participants, will have their deposits returned within 5 working days after the auction ends.

Auction execution method – The auction is conducted via information technology on the website www.evarzytines.lt.

The auction winner signs the auction protocol on the same day or no later than the next business day and sends it via email to aldona.jegeleviciene@pspc.lt. The protocol must be signed and scanned (in such a case, the hand-signed protocol copy must be submitted to the auction organizer before signing the purchase-sale agreement) or signed with a qualified electronic signature.

Payment term and procedure for the acquired property at the auction. The real estate purchase-sale agreement with the auction winner must be signed within 30 days from the auction's execution date. The payment deadline for the acquired real estate is no later than 10 days after the purchase-sale agreement is signed. The costs of concluding the real estate purchase-sale agreement, including the notary's fee, are paid by the auction winner.

Other auction conditions. If the purchase-sale agreement is not signed within 30 days of the auction's execution date due to the fault of the auction winner, it is considered that the auction winner refused to conclude the agreement; thus, the deposit is not refunded to the auction winner.

When organizing a new auction for the same property, a person who failed to pay the price of the property won in the auction within the set deadlines is not eligible to participate. Additionally, such a person must cover the costs of organizing a new auction and pay the price difference if the property is sold for a lower price in the new auction than the one unpaid by the person, as stipulated in Article 6.422(2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
