On November 15–17, 2024, the third Family Medicine Forum Transform 3.0: The Value of Professionalism took place at the Eglė Sanatorium in Birštonas. Actively participating in the event were family doctors from Alytus District Municipality Primary Health Care Center: Indrė Vitkienė, Laura Bieliauskaitė-Svetlauskienė, and Roberta Urbonavičienė.

This forum was a unique three-day event designed for family medicine professionals to share knowledge, discuss professional challenges, and strengthen community bonds. Participants had the opportunity to delve into topics such as how a family doctor team can realize their competencies, ensure professionalism in medicine, and take on leadership roles in creating changes within the healthcare system.

During the forum, discussions focused on quality priorities in family medicine, effective learning from mistakes, preparedness for wartime threats, and other relevant issues. The event also featured seminars, lectures, discussions, practical and personal development workshops, as well as meetings with health system leaders from Lithuania and abroad.
